NHS111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do

We have now made telephone consultations available to be booked online via My Health Online.  These appointments become available to book at 8am every weekday morning. 

Please avoid coming to the surgery. #stayhomesavelives

You should only phone 111 if:

  • you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home

  • your condition gets worse

  • your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

My Health Online 

Once you have obtained a Registration letter from the surgery, please go online to complete the registration process.

For those with access to appointment booking via My Health Online - we have altered the time when appointments become available to book to 8am from 8:30am.  8am coincides with the time we open our doors at the surgery.  Our phone lines are open from 8am for urgent enquires.  From 8:30am we offer appointment booking over the phone.

Please be aware that we are now able to record incoming and outgoing calls for training and quality purposes.
