Repeat medication must be ordered directly from the surgery by you or by someone acting on your behalf. We cannot accept repeat prescription requests made by pharmacies.

The NHS Wales App is the easiest and most secure way to order repeat prescriptions, book routine appointments, and view parts of your medical record.

To use the NHS Wales App, you must:

  • Be aged 16 or over

Order Prescriptions Online via Accurx

Accurx online form – request repeat medication from the surgery

You can also request your repeat medication online using Accurx. Accurx allows you to securely submit a request directly to the surgery without needing to download an app.

This service is suitable for patients who prefer a simple online form and do not use the NHS Wales App.

Other Ways to Order Your Repeat Medication

  • Place your paper repeat slip into the collection box at the surgery.
  • Post your repeat slip to the surgery — please include a stamped addressed envelope if you would like it returned by post.
  • Ask someone you trust to submit the request to the surgery on your behalf.

Please note: repeat prescriptions must always be requested directly from the surgery. Pharmacies are unable to submit repeat requests for patients.
