Patient Experience Survey 2025–2026

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent patient experience survey. Your feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve our services.

A total of 319 patients shared their views about their experience with Clark Avenue Surgery.

• The average overall patient experience score was 7.93 out of 10.
• The majority of patients said they felt listened to by staff.
• Most patients reported they felt well cared for during their appointment.
• Patients generally felt they understood what was happening in their care and were involved in decisions.

• Nearly half of patients felt the time they waited was about right.
• Some patients felt waiting times were a little longer than expected.
• We continue to review appointment systems to improve access to care.

Many patients shared positive comments about the practice team.

• "The staff are always friendly and professional."
• "The doctor was friendly and understanding."
• "Staff are very helpful."

We also received helpful suggestions for improvement, particularly around appointment booking and telephone access. These comments help us identify where we can make changes.
