The NHS Wales App lets you view your GP health record, order repeat prescriptions, and manage appointments securely online. It is available on mobile or web.

- View parts of your GP record, including test results (where available)

Your information is protected. Only you can access your data using your secure NHS login. Never share your login details with anyone.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) đ
Clark Avenue Surgery now uses the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). This allows us to send your prescription electronically to your nominated pharmacy, meaning you no longer need to collect a green paper prescription from the surgery.
What are the benefits for you? â
- No need to collect a paper prescription â it is sent directly to your pharmacy
- More convenient for repeat prescriptions
- Safer and more reliable â electronic prescriptions are tracked
- Faster and more efficient for GP and pharmacy teams
- Better for the environment by reducing paper use đą
What you need to do đ
To make sure your prescriptions are sent correctly, you must nominate a pharmacy.
- Choose the community pharmacy you usually use
- Contact that pharmacy directly and ask them to nominate you for EPS
- You do not need to contact the surgery to set this up
- You do not need a computer or smartphone â the pharmacy will arrange everything
