The Practice

We are a modern dynamic practice comprising 9 GPs covering a population of 10,850 patients. We have an active primary care team and a full complement of ancillary staff. We have been a training practice since 2007.

The practice is paperless, has excellent IT facilities and continues to embrace all opportunities to develop and enhance the care we provide.

We run a full complement of chronic disease clinics and regular joint injection, contraception, cytology and child health surveillance clinics. We work closely with allied health teams and are an active member of the local cluster group. The practice team have a number of extended roles including Dr Oelmann's political roles at local and national level and Dr Hughes' training roles outside of the practice with Cardiff University and as a SCA examiner with the RCGP.
