The Practice is mainly urban and is based at the one surgery premises in Clark Avenue, Pontnewydd. It serves all the Cwmbran area and a small part of the southern end of Pontypool (including Sebastopol, Griffithstown and New Inn).

If you move out of our area, you will be required to change your doctor. If you are temporarily staying out of our area you can seek attention from any NHS surgery within that area.
